Glass Cup Protection

PROTECTION WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS AND ONLY VALID WHEN PURCHASED WITH YOUR ORDER. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED 

 * ONE (1) PROTECTION WARRANTY PER ONE (1) CUP. DOES NOT INCLUDE BAMBOO LID OR STRAW. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED.
(ex. IF YOU PURCHASED MULTIPLE CUPS AND WANT WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR ALL, YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE (1) PROTECTION WARRANTY FOR EACH CUP THAT YOU PURCHASED.) 

Do I need protection?

Although we strive our best to carefully package every order with as much protection and care as possible, we cannot control the way it is handled by transit carriers once it is outside our hands. We also understand that accidents may happen during handling. Our coverage will replace ONE (1) broken glass cup whether it arrived broken or had an accidental damage within TEN (10) days from delivery. 

 How does it work? 

If your glass cup arrived broken or if it fell and broke within the first 10 days of arriving, please send us a picture of your order number and broken cup to RAAE.DESIGN@GMAIL.COM. We will then analyze and look into the order to make sure your cup was purchased with us. Once we have verified, you will receive an email with our decision and further instructions to receive your new cup. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED. 

 What if my item falls and breaks within the ten (10) days, but I notify you on day eleventh (11th)?

We have a strict TEN (10) day policy. If your cup is broken on day eleventh (11th) or you notify us on day 11th, the protection will NOT be valid and you will have to pay a full item price to have your cup replaced.
